Ich freue mich über Ihr Interesse an meinem Unternehmen. Als Ein-Mann-Unternehmer arbeite ich mit voller Leidenschaft und Hingabe an meinen Projekten und Aufgaben. Ich bin stolz darauf, ein kleines Unternehmen zu führen, welches auf Qualität und individuelle Betreuung setzt. In letzter Zeit habe ich jedoch wieder vermehrt Bewerbungen (speziell von Suchenden nach einer attraktiven Lehrstelle) erhalten, die ich leider alle absagen musste.

Ich möchte daher an dieser Stelle klarstellen, dass mein Unternehmen aufgrund seiner Größe momentan keine weiteren Mitarbeiter*innen aufnehmen kann.

Dies betrifft besonders die Nachfrage nach freien Lehrstellen.

Ich schätze das Interesse und das Vertrauen, das potenzielle Bewerber*innen in meine Firma setzen. Dennoch bitte ich um Verständnis dafür, dass ich aufgrund der begrenzten Ressourcen und des Fokus auf die Qualität der Arbeit, aktuell nicht in der Lage bin, zusätzliches Personal einzustellen.

I am pleased about your interest in my company. As a one-man business, I work with full passion and dedication on my projects and tasks. I am proud to run a small company that focuses on quality and individual support. I see my work as an IT technician not only as a profession but also as a social vocation.

Recently, however, I have received an increasing number of applications (especially from people looking for an attractive apprenticeship), all of which I unfortunately had to turn down.
